I'm the type of person who loves to win. I want to be the best at everything I do in life. Each day I'm thinking about how can I get better, how can I learn more, and how can I achieve my long term goals. If I had to sum up why I enjoy building my own company and generating my own revenue, I would say that I'm intrigued with the pursuit of success.
As an entrepreneur, I feel that I am ultimately in control of my own destiny and every day I get to work to determine my fate. It's almost like I'm playing a video game of life every day, and each week is a new level that I have to pass to move forward. Yes there are different obstacles that arise, but I know that if I meet those obstacles face to face, that I will eventually get through them. Using the game analogy once again, what makes me want to "beat the game" is that there are thousands of people that have beat this game of entrepreneurship and business before me, which keeps me going and motivated as well.
I'm also a strong believer that if you are not pursing or living out your passion in life, then you will not be successful or be as successful if you possibly could be. Growing a business, providing customer service, creating new ideas, and learning about marketing strategies, are all activities that I truly love. The thrill of making a sale is one of the most gratifying experiences to me, especially since it is the final validation of an idea that I created on my own. I'm not an entrepreneur or in business because I want to make a lot of money to buy nice things. I'm an entrepreneur because it is what I was born to do.
